As Rustle mentioned of the Heywoodinator, "chimps get befriended, gorillas get be-fucked." This is now an eloquent summary of my new philosophy... while some of you, namely my female friends, may not like my dismal assessment of almost all teenage females only being capable of feeling attraction to assholes, I'm not really concerned about listening to that. In short, teenagers are incapable of having truly "grown-up" relationships unless they are incredibly adult-minded individuals, of a maturity far exceeding that of their peers.

Am I saying I am one of these people? Hell no! When it comes down to it, I'm a whiny little bitch who probably never deserved a relationship and deserved my recent bad times. Does this mean I can't become a standard teenager, offering my own flawed philosophies on the world and wondering why nobody else before me has thought of this, only later to find out I think like a huge group of people? No, it doesn't mean that at all. By owning a blog, i assert myself to be a teenager who truly thinks s/he has something important to say.

Will I be discussing my day like so many others? Fuck no. Finals suck, blah blah blah, and that's all that you need to know. Sure, I may be coming off as incredibly hostile to everyone right now, but when you notice a certain repeating pattern that you bring upon yourself that ALWAYS results in disaster, you begin to take things into perspective.

On another note, anyone who wants to pretend to be a snobby indie bastard should join me on the 14th or 15th (actual decision on the date will commence once people show interest) of February for a Murder by Death concert at the Fireside Bowl. Tickets are only 10 bucks, so it's not bad at all. Hey, I may be a bastard for trying to impose my music on you all, but this is my little sliver of bandwidth, so I flip you a mighty digital bird if you truly are offended.
