you're all the way over there but we can dance to your music from here

All the cruelty, self-centeredness, general animosity and apathy are all beginning to come crashing down. Why? I really don't know. Perhaps the "rut" I felt I was stuck in was really just another instance of my values being compromised in a horrible fashion; perhaps I was just getting tired of being an ass in general. Whatever the case, the protective shell is dissipating, and either I'll subconsciously build up another one and continue being an ass or I'll turn into some über-pansy who's all "sensitive" and crap. Now, I like the current balance; "badass with a heart of gold" is something I strive for, mostly because nobody likes a super-nice sensitive boy (including me, and my self-deprecation is bad enough already), and a touch of machismo is something I may need.

Tomorrow is time for Moulin Rouge at Whitney Young. Fair enough. Perhaps all the horrible emotional wounds of unrequited feelings will come welling back to me, or perhaps I'll just remain an ass in general to everyone. Whatever the case, for an eight-dollar drain, it had better be worthwhile.

To throw in some crappy, banal continuity, school continues to be debiitating, with projects of which the educational value is dubious and general work out the wazoo.

BK concert? Maybe. MBD/Rasputina concert? Goddamn 18+ House of Blues translates to "NO." Anything interesting over spring break? Other than lighting education, no.

Perhaps soon enough, the sporadic updates will end. Oh wait, no. Off to do AP Euro and shitty AP enviro in the hope that sleep will come soon! UPDATE: Oto herb rodziny Rybaltowskich, ktorego szukalem przez dosc dlugi czas i wreszcie znalazlem:

No i dobrze! Moze jakbym mogl znalezc troche wiecej, bym mogl powiedziec, ze naprawde znam historie swojej rodziny, ale poprostu nie mam czasu. Note: I don't care if you can't read that. Need to know what it means? Fine, ask me. Otherwise, no.
