You are the latest contender

So this was a pretty terrible week. Stage crew mishaps resulting in me getting the big shaft, Polish school obligations that required me to embarass myself in front of hundreds of volatile, uncouth Polish children, drudgery of schoolwork... all a very uncool thing. However, a few things redeemed this week.

First, we have Franz Ferdinand. With the finding of this site I have finally been allowed to hear their full album instead of one song and some snippets of others, as before. They're coming to Chicago soon, too.

That brings us to the second good thing. Concert-age in motion.
MBD, May 29th, spectacular lineup.
The Format, June 3rd, good lineup.
Franz Ferdinand, June 12th, only them and another band, which means SO MUCH FRANZ TIME. Buying tickets in advance (i.e. next Saturday) is absolutely necessary.

Third, PC Zone rocks. It is more expensive than TNT, but solves several problems TNT had. Therefore, awesome.

Fourth, I HAVE GRADUATED POLISH SCHOOL. NO MORE EARLY SATURDAY WAKE-UPS EVER. I also got a letter from the Polish ambassador to the USA congratulating me on being valedictorian. Good shit? Why, indubitably, sir or madam (whichever happens to be reading this)! Also, other good things. Though the king thing had me messing up, I covered by making all mess-ups seem like a big joke, and got a good laugh out of everyone, so I'm cool with that. Plus, I cannot be too embarassed because I WILL NEVER SEE THAT PLACE AGAIN. Ayup, good times.

And this has been the RE-HASH of the week.
