Commodore Sutherton is angry. Very angry.

Franz Ferdinand concert is sold out, almost a month before its scheduled date, and this irks me. Why? The last MBD show sold out days before the show date, and we didn't know it had sold out until hours before leaving for it. This time, I was prepared and was ready to buy tickets on the 22nd, three weeks before the show would have been. What happened? Well, I'll tell you. Bastards are all smarter than me and have more access to transport, and this play is bringing all my organisational skills down the shitter. So even though I had originally planned to get tickets LAST Saturday, time and money were preohibitive. Now my main hope is that MBD won't have a sold out concert until I have secured enough tickets for our little cadre.

Speaking of the play, I am working the light board. No light cues had been issued to me until this very day. In setting up the cues, I delayed the first rehearsing group. A TWO-SECOND CUE TOOK 20 MINUTES TO PROGRAM. Gat-damn. The actors are adequately prepared (well, some of them), and there was no tech rehearsal (the entire concept was overlooked some time ago; all this, of course, with no mention to CREW).

Monty Python now.
