Waiting on a silver platter now

So today was a mix of horrible and fantastic things. Woke up, got to school at 7 and was able to set up cues for one more play. Spanish class was ridiculously boring. Calc was cool until we finished Kill Bill, vol. 2, because then we just sat around and talked after family guy didn't work. Band was meh, lunch was meh, computer logic was boring, and crew...

Crew lasted until about 8:45 today. The first and last play needed to have their light and sound cues set up and that took a long time. The second play went smoothly, but the third was a bit screwed up because we hadn't practiced the set-up cues before and I couldn't hear the script over, well, the HUGE CLAMOR OF PEOPLE IN THE CONTROL ROOM TRYING TO DECIDE WHAT PIZZA TO BUY IN THE MIDDLE OF A REHEARSAL. So a bunch of people are mad at me. Bad times. The last rehearsal.... sure, it took 2.5 hours, but it was hilarious. Popcorn was a wacky song, played liberally. The rehearsal didn't really go well, but it was hilarious for all parties involved and the atmosphere was cordial rather than rushed and angry, so all was well.

So now I'm home. I got a 33 on the ACT, but I'm getting a C/D in AP Enviro that I absolutely have to raise to a B no matter what, which is a hell of a lot of work. I got a digital camera, but tomorrow and Saturday will be hell for me because of the play and my very high probability of horrible failure.

In short, I have my first opportunity to prove I know light board and poor planning has rendered it into a massive embarassment for me. Huzzah.
