So, prioritization. I feel the desire to design a few new layouts. I feel this current one is the pinnacle of my designing prowess (which isn't saying much, but that's just the self-hate talking), so I am in a tri-lemma. Should I replace this one with one of my intended projects? Should I make new accounts for those projects? Or should I auction them off, much like a heroin addict auctions off babies to get her fix? A tri-lemma, indeed. In fact, the entire preceding paragraph must have been one of the most vapid sets of statements I have ever made, but this is why blogs exist! Still waiting for news on when I start the internship (read: I want some damn money), still waiting for the organization of an effort to purchase MBD tickets (read: GAT-DAMN, PEOPLE, GO BUY TICKETS WITH ME), waiting and planning for important (to me) matters that I do not wish to discuss (and also the plans will fall apart so I cannot have everyone laughing at me), and hoping for another foray into the bowels of Evanston academia (read: ooooh snap!). TMBG yesterday, which was pretty cool (other than the delirium-inducing sun, my monetary losses and the fact that I hate the Taste of Chicago). We didn't see Counting Crows (though I'd like to reiterate that the Taste of Chicago just really pisses me off), but we did get to experience the Old '97s, who, with their folk/country/rock stylings managed to contribute to the heat stroke I was experiencing at the time. Of course, we left before the fireworks started (seriously, guys, the Taste pisses me off) and ended up going to Wilhelm's hoooome. Played some RoN (seriously, people, the Taste gets me so mad) and ended up going home to slackage. Yeah, that was my depressing Fourth of July. Then, of course, other folk went to see the Evanston fireworks and (conveniently) I was not informed of this outing, but live and learn is what I always say (note: that's a lie). OMG GUYS I HOPE YOU ENJOYED MY LITTLE FORAY INTO THE WORLD OF PARENTHESES AND MY WONDERFUL GRASP OF GRAMMAR AS PRESENTED BY THIS SENTENCE END TRANSMISSION
